Job Summary/Position Purpose
This role administers and supports the enterprise-wide contract management system (CMS), serving as the primary contact for user issues and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include resolving routine platform issues, managing system data and reporting, leading workflow configuration, and supporting contract creation and revision processes. Remote work is available, with onsite presence required for meetings.
How You Contribute to the Company’s Mission in this Role:
- Performs administration of the contract management system software in production and test environments, to lead contract management software application projects; designs, develops codes, tests, and implements customized software application solutions; coordinates software upgrades, develops, and maintains integrity of the contract software application. Ensures the execution of data backups.
- Manages the bulk contracting functionality, including identification of project requirements, tasks, and milestones; analyzes data, verifies accuracy of data, and performs data conversions for bulk data loads related to vendor management and provider networks to generate appropriate contracts including amendments.
- Creates, tests, and maintains contract tracking terms; metadata, clause language templates and contract templates; develops and programs contract approval rules and workflows.
- Designs, codes, develops, tests, and maintains custom reports using BI tools to manipulate data and create custom reports, uploads and schedules automatic contract reports delivery.
- Communicates and maintains relationships with peers and management regarding contracting requirements; analyzes business areas needs and develops efficient solutions for creating contracts and reports to meet business needs and the requests of external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Develops and updates end user guides, conducts user training sessions, and provides ongoing first line technical support for all authorized users in the organization. Troubleshoot issues with end users.
- Maintains highest level of security roles within the software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in administration of a contract management software application, including experience in providing problem determination and resolution for the specific application required, data management, use of business intelligence or artificial intelligence reporting and analysis.
- Proficient in implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-wide contract management systems, preferably Icertis.
- Knowledge of application security, user permissions, and authorization controls.
- Skilled in data analysis, imports, conversions, and bulk data formatting.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities with minimal supervision.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information.
- Builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams and levels.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF editing tools.
- Organized, focused, and able to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong facilitation and project coordination skills.
