The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated
Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our client's team. This is not a typical developer role; it's a unique opportunity for a talented
"prompt master" who is excited to leverage powerful AI coding tools to accelerate development and solve complex challenges.
You will be responsible for the continued development of a real estate CRM, which consists of a mobile app built in
React Native and a web-based version developed in
Next.js (or a similar framework). You will be a key part of a team that is pioneering an AI-driven development workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile & Web Development: Actively develop, maintain, and improve the real estate CRM across both its React Native mobile application and its web-based version.
- AI-Assisted Development: Leverage the company's dedicated AI code developer (Claude Code) to write, debug, and optimize high-quality code, significantly accelerating the development lifecycle.
- Prompt Mastery: Become a "prompt master," translating development requirements into clear, effective prompts that generate efficient and reusable code.
- Code Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards, ensuring a seamless user experience across both platforms.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in web and mobile application development, preferably with React Native and Next.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of modern front-end development.
- A genuine passion for and demonstrated aptitude in using AI tools for code development. You see AI as a powerful copilot, not just a novelty.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, essential for a fully remote, collaborative environment.
