Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to multiple business units and their teams. This role provides HR guidance and thought leadership to leadership and people managers on a full range of employee and organizational matters. The HR Business Partner delivers proactive, innovative, and tailored HR solutions that align with organizational standards and best practices. The role also leads key HR programs, including talent management, goal setting, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and fostering an inclusive culture. Building credible, trusting relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees is essential to success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with business leaders and teams to understand the organization’s strengths, opportunities, and workforce needs.
  • Provide coaching, consultation, and recommendations on HR matters, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Implement and champion HR programs, policies, and initiatives, including organizational development solutions.
  • Lead annual HR processes such as goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Advise management on employee relations and performance issues, facilitating corrective actions, conducting investigations, and communicating outcomes appropriately.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, engagement, and HRIS initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR strategies, practices, and procedures across business functions.
  • Analyze HR data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in or lead projects that enhance HR service delivery.
  • Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a generalist or HR business partner role.
  • Experience in multi-state HR and familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating change and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $150,000 - $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity opportunities. (based on experience and company performance)
