About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Experienced SEO Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a remote role, ideal for someone based in South Africa who has the confidence and expertise to hit the ground running. You’ll be managing SEO campaigns for well-known brands while enjoying the flexibility to structure your work around your schedule.
Key Details
• Contract: Part-time (approx. 3 days per week)
• Location: Remote, South Africa
• Flexibility: No set days – work is output-focused, not time-tracked
• Salary: Flexible, depending on experience
What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across multiple campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive performance
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to boost organic rankings
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with the wider digital team to align SEO with content, design, and marketing goals
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits and optimization
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in organic performance
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
