AI Engineer - Machine Learning/NLP | Remote (Germany) | €80K–€100K

This is a fast-paced, engineering-led environment where you’ll work with state-of-the-art AI technologies to solve real-world problems at scale. The team is diverse, globally distributed, and thrives on cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and experimentation.


The Role

As a Senior ML/NLP Engineer, you will:

  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning and NLP models into production.
  • Implement and optimise LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies to improve product performance.
  • Work with agentic AI systems and explore new architectures for automation and reasoning.
  • Ensure data quality and pipeline reliability through robust validation and monitoring.
  • Leverage AWS (preferred) or another major cloud platform, applying modern MLOps practices to build scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business goals into technical solutions.


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in machine learning and NLP, with proven impact in production environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, and modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
  • Experience with AWS is preferred, though open to those with other cloud experience who are motivated to learn.
  • Solid foundations in Python, data/model pipelines, and experimentation workflows.
  • A proactive, motivated approach with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
