AI Engineer - Machine Learning/NLP | Remote (Germany) | €80K–€100K

The Role
As a Senior ML/NLP Engineer, you will:
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and NLP models into production.
- Implement and optimise LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies to improve product performance.
- Work with agentic AI systems and explore new architectures for automation and reasoning.
- Ensure data quality and pipeline reliability through robust validation and monitoring.
- Leverage AWS (preferred) or another major cloud platform, applying modern MLOps practices to build scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in machine learning and NLP, with proven impact in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, and modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
- Experience with AWS is preferred, though open to those with other cloud experience who are motivated to learn.
- Solid foundations in Python, data/model pipelines, and experimentation workflows.
- A proactive, motivated approach with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
