We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and scale the integrations strategy for a leading enterprise software platform. In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for integrations, overseeing a team of product managers responsible for connecting the platform with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive adoption, accelerate deal velocity, and ensure integrations deliver measurable business value. This is a highly visible, strategic role ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and enjoys mentoring high-performing teams.
Accountabilities
As Director of Product Management - Integrations, you will:
- Define and communicate a customer-driven integration strategy that strengthens the platform's value and competitive positioning
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 2-4 product managers, fostering leadership development and high-performance delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and services partners to accelerate integration delivery
- Conduct research, workshops, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Establish and track metrics to measure how integrations impact customer adoption, deal velocity, and win rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, sales, marketing, alliances, and customer success—to align integration priorities with overall company strategy
- Represent the integration vision internally and externally with stakeholders, partners, and analysts
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading and scaling PM teams
- Proven track record in defining and executing integration strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with ERP, CRM, CLM, or other system-of-record integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Strong leadership skills with a history of coaching and developing product managers
- Demonstrated ability to use metrics and data to measure the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes
- Excellent strategic and operational skills, balancing vision with execution in customer-driven environments
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and partner levels
- Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams in global SaaS environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embedded middleware platforms such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi
- Familiarity with business processes spanning ERP, CRM, CLM, and middleware
- Exposure to agentic/AI-driven integration solutions
- Background in legaltech, contract lifecycle management, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
