About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their product career and eager to learn this role will focus on requirements gathering working with Engineers to deliver strategic products. . You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to help shape the roadmap and deliver products that create meaningful value for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Support product managers in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in prioritizing and grooming the product backlog.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure requirements are well understood and execution aligns with objectives.
- Monitor product performance and success metrics, reporting on progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in product launches, including internal training, customer communications, and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role (internships or rotational programs welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and translate into insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
