Test Automation Engineer in POLAND

*** Freelance Test Automation Engineer (Remote – Poland, Fluent Polish Required) ***

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team on a freelance basis. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Poland, and fluency in Polish is required.

In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will build and maintain robust test frameworks, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with developers to enhance test coverage and reliability. You will also maintain test documentation, perform regression and performance testing, and continuously refine testing strategies to meet evolving requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test scripts using BDD practices.
• Build and maintain scalable test frameworks for Agile development.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Identify and document defects, analyze test results, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through rigorous test automation.
• Maintain test documentation and support CI/CD integration.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cucumber, and Robot Framework.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies: regression, performance, and functional.
• Experience with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
