💼 About the Role

Are you passionate about industrial automation and control systems? We’re looking for a Mid - Senior PLC Developer to join a project in the Siemens ecosystem, working with tools such as PCS7, TIA Portal, and WinCC.

You’ll be involved in designing, developing, and testing PLC applications in a Siemens environment—perfect for someone who’s already worked with automation tools and wants to grow deeper into industrial software development.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4 years experience of experience working with PLC development, preferably in the Pharma / Medtech
• Familiarity with PCS7, TIA Portal, and WinCC
• Knowledge of automation languages and logic similar to C#
• Experience working on Siemens-related automation projects (e.g., internships or full-time roles)
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of industrial control systems and manufacturing environments
• Interest in long-term career development within the automation and control field
• Fluent in German and English (both mandatory for day-to-day communication)

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain automation applications using PCS7, TIA Portal, and WinCC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand control system requirements
• Write and test PLC code similar in structure to C#
• Contribute to the implementation and troubleshooting of Siemens-based systems
• Support system documentation and deployment
