About Us
We are building next-generation humanoid robots designed for human-centric environments. Our founding team has previously achieved successful exits, worked at top robotics and technology companies, and studied at leading U.S. universities. We are now bringing together world-class research and engineering talent to push the boundaries of robotics and AI into real-world applications.
Role Overview
As a Robot Learning Engineer, you will be at the heart of developing the intelligence that powers our robots. You’ll contribute across Perception, Planning, and Control, building the infrastructure and algorithms that enable our robots to understand, learn, and act in dynamic real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and apply specialist knowledge in Perception, Planning, and Control for humanoid robotics.
Build infrastructure for data collection, processing, and large-scale model training.
Train, evaluate, and iterate on reinforcement learning (RL) and imitation learning (IL) models.
Optimize and deploy models for both simulation and real robot testing.
Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques including VAEs, Diffusion Models, and Transformer architectures.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with physics simulation environments such as MuJoCo or IsaacSim/Lab.
Familiarity with RL/IL frameworks and algorithms (e.g., TD3, SAC, PPO).
What We Offer
Competitive salary well above industry average for robotics roles.
Equity participation in a high-growth robotics startup.
Comprehensive benefits package.
Direct opportunity to deploy research into real-world environments.
Sponsorship and support to attend top-tier conferences, with opportunities to present your work.
Qualifications
BSc, MSc, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in robotics.
Strong programming skills (Python, C++ preferred) and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Track record of applying ML/robotics research to practical systems.
