Salary: $100,000 – $200,000/year + Equity
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join a high-growth startup and take ownership of core systems from 0 → 1 → reliable scale. This is an opportunity to work directly on building the technical foundation of a company that’s reshaping how GTM data becomes actionable intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship V1s quickly, turning messy GTM data into production-ready systems.
- Ingest and unify multi-source data into a tenant-safe context graph.
- Design and orchestrate agentic systems (planner/executor, evaluation harnesses).
- Deliver integrations within apps, chat, and GTM tools.
- Define and track metrics like adoption rates and task completion.
- Balance performance, cost, and reliability at scale.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience building and owning backend/platform systems.
- Strong Python skills.
- Background in cloud infrastructure & production services (AWS preferred).
- Data integration and reliability expertise.
- Product-oriented mindset, bias to ship fast.
- Must already be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
Bonus Skills
- Experience at an early-stage AI/data/infra or GTM-tooling startup.
- Familiar with FastAPI/GraphQL, Postgres/DynamoDB, Kubernetes, Pulumi, event-driven systems.
