- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, Google Ads to promote job openings and employer brand.
- Manage career site and landing pages: structure, messaging, A/B testing, performance analysis.
- Own metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion to apply, and full-funnel analytics.
