Visa sponsorship & Relocation 1 day ago

Responsibilities

Recruitment Performance Marketing

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, Google Ads to promote job openings and employer brand.
  • Manage career site and landing pages: structure, messaging, A/B testing, performance analysis.
  • Own metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion to apply, and full-funnel analytics.
  • Drive conversion at every stage: Impressions → Clicks → Apply → Interview.
  • Build reports and dashboards: cost per lead, time-to-apply, attribution.
  • Set up tracking infrastructure: UTM tags, GA4, pixels, event tracking. Interpret data and extract insights.

Content & Seeding

  • Plan and execute community seeding across relevant platforms (Habr, Reddit, Telegram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to craft campaign messaging tailored to specific roles.
  • Create job creatives (copy, visuals, banners) together with a designer or independently (Canva or similar tools).
  • Own and contribute to the content strategy and support our careers blog.

Recruitment Marketing & EVP

  • Support development and localization of EVP and employer brand messaging.
  • Manage employer social media channels and career platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, HH, Glassdoor, our career web site etc)
  • Maintain email funnels: nurture sequences, reminders, event invites, and automated journeys.
  • Organize and promote employer brand events: webinars, meetups, AMA sessions, and more.

Requirements

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who:

  • Has 4+ years of experience in HR marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher English
  • Sees content as a tool to influence behavior, not just to look “nice”;
  • Thinks like a growth and performance marketer: every post, landing, or email is a testable hypothesis;
  • Understands that employer brand = hiring funnel, and knows how to optimize it using data, A/B tests, and marketing tools;
  • Can segment audiences and tailor messaging to each stage of the candidate journey;
  • Is metrics- and outcome-driven — if the CTR drops below 1%, you know what to do;
  • Is hands-on with advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and performance analytics;
  • Is open and ready to relocate to Cyprus to work with our in-house team.

Conditions

We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:

  • A culture of recognition: a peer reward program to celebrate your contributions.
  • A fully equipped office in Limassol’s city center, with everything you need for deep work and collaboration.
  • Free catering in the office and an in-house coffee bar with high-quality drinks and a health bar stocked with nutritious snacks.
  • A strong engineering culture: international teams, corporate events, team buildings, and hackathons—because great work happens in great communities.

  • HR Interview (45 mins);
  • Hiring Manager Interview (1 hour);
  • Test assignment
  • Final Interview (1 hour).
