Our award-winning luxury hospitality design firm is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives redefining the guest experience in world-class hotels, resorts, and entertainment destinations.


As a Junior Interior Designer, you’ll collaborate with senior designers and project leaders to bring bold concepts to life—from initial vision through execution. You’ll contribute to high-profile hospitality and entertainment projects, gaining hands-on exposure to the design process while learning from some of the industry’s most talented minds.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support design teams in developing concepts, presentations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Contribute to the creative process, ensuring every detail reflects luxury, innovation, and storytelling.
  • Assist with project coordination and documentation to keep complex hospitality projects on track.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve seamless design delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in design and/or project management, with proven contributions to hospitality or entertainment-related projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a keen eye for detail.
  • Design sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing.
  • Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation.
