Job Responsibilities
You’ll be our motion generalist: concept → storyboard → animate → deliver. You don’t need a decade of experience, just taste, fundamentals, and the drive to learn fast. You’ll collaborate with a creative lead, brand designers, and strategists to ship high-impact work on tight loops.

- Create motion design content (2D and 3D) for our various social platforms, such as 2D and 3D animations of new products, marketing videos and promotional material.
- Animate 2D/2.5D graphics (logos, UI, data, typographic systems, iconography)
- Build snappy social cut-downs and launch loops (6–30s) from longer edits
- Prep files for smooth handoff (clean comps, labeled layers, versioned exports)
- Contribute to styleframes, look dev, and light visual identity work when needed
- Maintain motion templates and a library of reusable rigs/transitions
- Work across multiple projects with clear communication and reliable time estimates
- Attend occasional meetings, present content, and participate in brainstorming; if you have a strong creative vision, we'd love to hear it.
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest software updates and industry practices.
You'll Thrive If You Have
- 1–3+ years in motion (agency, studio, freelance, or stellar self-initiated work)
- Solid After Effects skills (graph editor, parenting/rigs, precomp discipline)
- Design fundamentals: composition, timing, typography, color, hierarchy
- Basic editing chops in Premiere/Resolve (music cuts, pacing, sound awareness)
- Working knowledge of Illustrator/Figma/Photoshop for asset prep
- A crisp portfolio with 3–5 short pieces that show range and taste
Basic Qualifications
- High level experience in a Motion Design/Animation role.
- Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects and editing software such as Davinci Resolve and/or Premiere Pro.
- Highly proficient understanding of video and audio codecs, authoring and exporting to a variety of devices/applications to achieve the best results.
- Highly proficient in the animation pipeline, real-world experience in taking an idea from the earliest stages to completion.
- Experience with Figma/Illustrator.
Nice To Have
- 3D familiarity (Cinema 4D/Blender) for simple scenes or logo stings
- UI/UX motion (micro-interactions, product walkthroughs, Figma → AE)
- A keen eye for cinematic language, rhythm, timing and visual language.
- Data-viz animation, kinetic type, or cel/hand-drawn accents
- Sound design instincts and LUT/grading basics
- Interest in crypto/AI (we’ll help with domain context)
Tools We Use
After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere/Resolve, [C4D/Blender optional], Google Drive. If you have preferred plugins, great! We'd love to experiment.
