This hyper-growth SaaS business is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of GTM Systems to design and enforce a robust CRM governance framework, implement scalable architecture, and enable GTM teams to operate autonomously while ensuring compliance, data quality, hygiene, and scalability. The mission:

Own, (re)architect and govern the organisation’s global HubSpot ecosystem so GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) can move fast with autonomy and precision.


Responsibilities:

  • Design a scalable CRM object/data architecture aligned to GTM strategy
  • Establish, build and enforce governance standards: naming, validations, dedupe/merge logic, permissions, GDPR
  • Lead data quality initiatives and programs (deduplication, hygiene, audits, validation)
  • Orchestrate integrations & automation (APIs, webhooks, Zapier/n8n) across the stack + data lake/back-office
  • Drive change & adoption: UAT, training, docs, clear guardrails for GTM self-serve
  • Build/lead a small governance and technical team (admin/automation, integration engineering)


What you need to bring:

  • Significant experience in CRM/RevOps technical leadership in a fast-growing SaaS business
  • Deep HubSpot expertise spanning architecture, design, data modelling and advanced customisation (custom objects, associations, roles/permissions)
  • Strong SQL + hands-on with REST APIs & iPaaS (e.g. Zapier, n8n)
  • Proven track record reducing duplicates at scale and implementing merge/matching logic
  • Confident, coaching leader who can challenge upwards and align CRO/Sales/Marketing/CS
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
