The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Operations to take the wheel and drive execution. This isn’t about dreaming up strategy—it’s about making big ideas real, fast. You’ll be the engine that turns vision into traction, chaos into order, and scaling into systems.
You’ll report directly to our CEO and President and become the go-to leader for getting things done across the company. From team performance to hiring, from internal systems to KPIs—you’ll make sure the machine runs clean and fast.
This is an executive role for builders, not theorists. You won’t sit in meetings all day. You’ll lead, execute, and deliver—at speed—with full trust and real responsibility.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Own execution across every department and project
- Turn ideas from leadership into reality—fast, organized, and systematized
- Build and manage SOPs, KPIs, internal tools, and dashboards
- Hire key roles, coach team leads, and ensure we’re always staffed with A-players
- Spot issues before they become problems—and solve them proactively
- Keep every team aligned, accountable, and operating at full throttle
- Implement new initiatives, company-wide systems, and internal infrastructure
- Travel occasionally for meetups, staff visits, or events

Requirements
- 5+ years in executive operations (Director, COO, or similar)
- Scaled startups in a remote, B2B setting
- Deep experience in SOPs, project management, budgeting, KPIs, and cross-functional leadership
- Familiar with CRM systems, AI tools, performance dashboards, and process optimization
- Bonus: experience in staffing, recruiting, or legal-adjacent industries
- U.S.-based and open to travel for team events and meetups
