LEAD AI DEVELOPER (LLM / Python)

ROLE OVERVIEW

• We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our Global Client's Automative team as a REMOTE FREELANCER/CONTRACTOR.
• Must have 5+ Years in Python!!
• NOTE: Must be an EU Citizen or EU Permanent Resident
• As an AI Developer specializing in LLMs and Python, you will play a crucial role in developing AI-driven solutions for the automotive industry. 
• You will work on cutting-edge machine learning models, leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance automation, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. 
• Collaborating with data scientists and backend engineers, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and fine-tuning AI models that drive innovation in autonomous systems, customer interactions, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, particularly leveraging LLMs for NLP and automation tasks.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for industry-specific applications.
• Work with Python frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and structure large datasets.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for autonomous vehicle support, predictive maintenance, and virtual assistants.
• Deploy models using cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate new techniques into development workflows.

WHAT WILL MAKE US HAPPY 🤩

• 5+ Years in Python
• 2+ Years with FastAPI (nice to have)
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs such as GPT / OpenAI.
• Background in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployment.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets and optimizing AI models for performance.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices for deploying and maintaining AI systems.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in AI applications for autonomous systems in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of real-time AI inference and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
