Teknavo is seeking an experienced C++ Senior Software Developer with a relocation opportunity to the company's office in Limassol, Cyprus.
The project focuses on developing low-latency, multi-threaded applications that aggregate and process financial data, providing APIs in C++, Java, and NET. Candidates will work on highly optimized, scalable, redundant, and distributed software that facilitates data normalization and delivery. The position may involve long-term business trips if desired.
We collaborate with one of the world’s foremost financial information and technology providers, offering real-time market data, analytics, and news services used by major players in the finance industry
Necessary qualification:
- High Technical education
- Minimum 5 years of C++ development experience.
- Spoken English is a must
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms (big O notation), and Object-Oriented Design.
- Experience in back-end C++ multi-threaded programming is a big plus.
- Knowledge of computer network architecture and interaction, and understanding of TCP and UDP would be very useful.
- Familiarity with standard libraries (STL, Boost)
- Experience in cross-platform application development and software troubleshooting for Windows and Linux.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Python, Go, other languages (Java, C#)
- Knowledge of C++ compilers: MSVC, GCC, Clang; build systems and tools: cmake, gdb, valgrind.
- Experience with financial/market data.
- Experience in cross-platform application development and software troubleshooting for Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of Unix shell and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
