Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Developer to join our dynamic team at in McLean, VA. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance user interfaces for our digital banking and financial services platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into functional code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and improve existing web applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in UI development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Prior experience in financial services or banking industry is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Additional Information:
- This position is based in McLean, VA, and may require occasional on-site presence.
- Mutual agreement on specific responsibilities and project scope will be determined with the Manager.
