We're looking for a
Community Manager with deep expertise in
LinkedIn community building to lead and expand our global community of job seekers. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing large-scale online conversations, and building authentic connections with talent worldwide.
Your mission
- Build and manage vibrant communities on LinkedIn (primary focus), with presence across Reddit, X, and Instagram
- Create and execute editorial calendars: posts, newsletters, discussions, and replies
- Moderate and activate communities of 1M+ members, fostering meaningful engagement and interaction
- Nurture external communities where remote talent gathers and position Jobgether as a thought leader
- Track community performance (engagement, growth, activation) and report insights
- Work closely with the founding team to align community strategy with company vision
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in community management with a tech startup background (must-have)
- Proven success in managing large-scale online communities (1M+ members), ideally on LinkedIn
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills for LinkedIn and other channels
- Startup mindset: proactive, creative, resourceful, and accountable
- Genuine interest in the future of work, remote-first culture, and career innovation.
