Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with experience in building and implementing lead management processes to support growth marketing programs and activities. The role collaborates with other marketing operations specialists globally and is a trusted partner to the wider marketing and sales teams.

This role has a preference to sit in Seattle, WA USA (HQ1), but can also be located in Arlington, VA USA (HQ2). Relocation offer to these locations only from within the USA only.

This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and technology teams to develop solutions and scale lead management best practices globally.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing managers and help them define the customer engagement model via digital and human touch.
  • Collaborate and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews pertinent to lead management and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root.
  • Transform customer insights into projects, features, and processes.
  • Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert on lead management processes.

About The Team

The AWS Marketing Lead Management (LM) team is part of the global Integrated Demand Center (IDC). Most LM team members are currently based in Madrid, Spain and one member is based in Singapore. The wider team is mostly based in Seattle, with some team members in New York and Virginia.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Experience with marketing and sales lead flow processes and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience working within global cross-functional teams, and with marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
