Product Owner

Fully Remote Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business outcomes and guide features through the development lifecycle.
• Convert features into user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the delivery team backlog to align with product vision and goals.
• Partner with UI/UX teams to incorporate customer feedback into features.
• Ensure timely delivery within sprints and manage scope, escalating issues as needed.
• Serve as Product Subject Matter Expert, contributing to functional solutions and platform understanding.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive backlog refinement, user story grooming, and sizing.
• Work with QA and IT to ensure features meet quality, security, and functionality standards.
• Coordinate across products to maintain alignment and address risks, including security and regulatory concerns.
• Facilitate risk assessments and support validation activities (GxP experience a plus).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of Agile Product Owner experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and software development platforms.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including QA, marketing, and development.
• Preferred: Experience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud.
