We’re seeking a
bilingual Instructional Designer (English/Spanish) to design engaging learning materials and administer our Workday Learning Management System (LMS). If you’re passionate about
instructional design, eLearning, and making training accessible for a diverse workforce, this is your opportunity to shape learning across our growing organization.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and maintain training content: eLearning, job aids, process guides, and assessments.
- Administer Workday Learning LMS, managing assignments, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Translate training materials into Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural inclusivity.
- Collaborate with business partners to align training with operational needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support adoption of new training technologies and learning tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or LMS Administrator; Workday Learning experience a plus.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
