We are looking for L1 IT Support Engineers 🛠

🌍 Location: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Business hours (Germany time zone)

🏢 Project: Internal support for a German product IT company

B2B contract type

🎯 Requirements:

• 1+ years of IT support (L1) experience

• Very good English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher)

• Strong communication & troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on with basic IT tasks (e.g., password resets, user account management, ticket handling)

✨ Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Windows & macOS

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs

• Previous experience in international/distributed teams
