Description

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world, we lead the way in the sport and event industry.

We are looking for an HR talent to join our People & Culture team in an entry-level role for 24 months to support with various projects.

THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  • Support various HR projects to enhance global HR excellence, client-orientation, and innovation (e.g. opening of new offices, streamlining existing processes, or implementing new HR software).
  • Support the Director of People & Culture in various tasks and deliverables (communication, planning, financials, research, reports, tracking, etc.).
  • Act as junior HR Business Partner during business peaks and absences of colleagues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Identify and respond to a variety of unexpected HR issues as they arise within our rapidly evolving international environment.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced HR environment
  • University Degree (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English (C2)
  • Fluent in Spanish, French or Portuguese (please do not apply for this job if you do not speak one of those three languages); any other language is an asset
  • Strong administrative skills, meticulous and fast
  • Logical thinking and comfortable with numbers
  • Curious, pragmatic, productive
  • Committed and highly service-oriented
  • Smart and quick learner, able to adapt quickly and comfortable using technology
  • Team player with sportsmanship spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable and eager to work in a global work environment
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Tech affinity is an advantage (AI, coding, etc.)
