Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) has an opening for a
Manager Industrial Security 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Security organization. This leadership role is located in
Oklahoma City, OK.
Roles And Responsibilities
The Manager Industrial Security 3 will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment, which will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development for a team of security professionals, ensuring the team fosters a
cohesive, collaborative environment where diversity and innovation is encouraged.
- Promotes identification and fulfillment of individual team member roles and responsibilities while supporting professional development and growth opportunities.
- Interfaces with all levels of government, corporate, and business area leadership on Security manners involving employees,
programs, facilities, and operations in a manner which balances compliance with customer service.
- Ensures adherence to policies, practices, and procedures of the 32 CFR Part 117: National Industrial Security Program
(NISPOM), the DoD Manuals, as well as other applicable government or customer contractual regulatory
guidance and directives.
- Leads internal Security audits and prepares reports specifying preventive and mitigating actions to be taken.
- Oversees local implementation and directly participates in enterprise established processes including classified programs,
security education/training/and awareness, workplace violence prevention, security investigations/insider threat, and
contingency planning with crisis management and business resiliency.
- Collaborates across various levels of Security organization towards achieving highest levels of operational efficiency in
application of consistent achievement of milestones and deliverables.
- Management oversight of a Security budget within an established target.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience OR Master’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience OR High School Diploma AND 12+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience
- Minimum of 4 Years of management, supervisor, or other demonstrated leadership experience.
- Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance that is in-scope Granted or renewed in the last 5 years and the ability to obtain special program access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance
- Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals.
- Ability to execute Security and Program Management concepts.
- Experience managing multiple function teams across the program enterprise.
- Excellent communication, writing and organization skills, enabling effective communications with team members, fellow employees and government officials.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers.
Primary Level Salary Range: $126,400.00 - $189,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
