With Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, and AI-driven personalisation at our fingertips, we design, launch, and optimise campaigns that reach the right person at the right time with the right message, and we do it at scale.

We’re now looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (CRM Acquisition) to take ownership of our promotional campaign calendar and drive top-of-funnel growth. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends creativity with data, and speed with structure. You’ll have the freedom to test and learn, the tools to move quickly, and the support to keep growing, without the red tape of slow-moving corporate environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise acquisition-focused campaigns (email, SMS, push) across our verticals, including promotional, reactivation, and seasonal initiatives
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign calendar, ensuring timely launches, clean execution, and measurable results
  • Leverage tools like Braze, Hightouch, and Snowflake to activate customer data and personalise outreach at scale
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset by running A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, CTAs, creative, send times, segments and more
  • Monitor campaign performance and maintain high deliverability through strong list management, IP/domain reputation, and content compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in CX, Product, Content, and Data to build campaigns that convert leads into members
  • Identify opportunities to activate under-utilised segments in the database and improve early funnel conversion
  • Share campaign learnings, champion experimentation, and contribute to a culture of insight-driven marketing

About You

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or other fast-moving B2C environments)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Comfortable working with data and segmentation tools, you know how to turn insight into action
  • Familiar with (or eager to develop expertise in) email deliverability, database hygiene, and inbox placement
  • Obsessed with testing and optimisation, you’re always looking for small changes that drive big improvements
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic, agile environment
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated by outcomes — you take ownership of your work and care about its impact
