What you’ll do
- Design and develop instructional content for onboarding, product education, and internal enablement.
- Turn complex workflows into clear, engaging learning experiences (guides, video explainers, interactive modules).
- Build frameworks, templates, and systems to scale training across teams and clients.
- Use Figma and motion/visual storytelling to create clean, branded layouts and memorable learning assets.
- Conduct needs assessments and iterate content for measurable impact and accessibility.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in instructional or learning experience design in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and performance-based design.
- Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with e-learning and motion design tools.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working 4–5 days a week in NYC in a fast-moving startup environment.
