We are looking for a Webflow Developer to be part of our client's
marketing team, collaborating closely with our Marketing Designer to bring fresh, high-quality designs to our website. You’ll work in
Webflow, so being comfortable with it is a big plus. If you’re new to it, we encourage you to dive into
Webflow University and learn on the go. The website is one of our most important lead-generation channels, and we’re investing heavily to make it truly best in class.
Beyond web design, you’ll also contribute to
visual content creation, designing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and more. This is a great opportunity to
level up your creative skills while collaborating with designers, marketers, and product team members. You’ll gain hands-on experience in crafting a brand that’s clear, modern, and instantly recognizable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining responsive Webflow websites.
- Update and optimize existing Webflow pages for speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Integrate animations, interactions, and CMS collections in Webflow.
- Help manage website assets, forms, and landing pages.
Basic Graphic Design
- Create simple graphics, icons, banners, and social media creatives to support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to execute creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, features, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with Webflow updates, design trends, and basic UX/UI best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with Webflow (coursework, personal projects, or prior work is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
- Eye for clean, minimal, and user-friendly design.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback positively.
Nice To Have Skills
- Knowledge of Webflow CMS structure and animations.
- Experience creating simple GIFs or short animations.
- Understanding of SEO basics for website optimization.
