About The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you play a critical role on our recruiting team. You will champion our candidate experience by scheduling thoughtful, well-planned and efficient interviews for potential LendingClub team members. You embody a working style which includes precise attention to detail, flexibility, and urgency, taking ownership to help interviews happen on time in a way that reflects our culture and values.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including virtual interviews and onsite interviews for candidates
- Own the interview scheduling process and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers
- Manage a high volume of interview scheduling (roughly 75-100 a week)
- Craft offer letters and on-boarding documents
- Arrange travel for candidates across the country, plan catering for interviews when necessary, and process expense reimbursements
- Lead or assist with ad hoc projects, which may include process improvement assessment or coordinating recruiting events
- Work with Recruiting to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entie process
About You
- 0-1 year prior administrative support experience, preferably for a Recruiting or HR department or have interest in joining a Recruiting/HR Team
- Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
- You have excellent scheduling and coordination skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars
- You have superb communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, maintaining strict confidentiality as required
- You have unmatched time management and organizational skills, and you excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects
- You are proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system is preferred, experience with Workday is a bonus
- Your positive attitude and collaboration skills make you a phenomenal teammate with a real passion for building and sustaining a positive company culture and giving to the bigger picture
Work Location
San Francisco, Lehi
The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is $20-24/hr. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
