The Paradigm Shifters (TPS) is developing a next-generation public blockchain architecture that integrates advanced cryptographic technologies, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs (zKP) and witness encryption. By separating computation from verification, TPS enhances on-chain performance, user privacy, and system security. The platform is modular, scalable, and supports a wide range of applications, including payment systems and AI agents. Supported by the Neo Foundation, TPS boasts a globally distributed core team of PhDs and postdoctoral researchers with profound academic backgrounds and practical experience in Web3 technologies.

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Developer Relations (DevRel). The Director of DevRel will be responsible for building and nurturing a developer community, creating documentation and tutorials, hosting webinars and workshops, and representing TPS at conferences and events. The role includes engaging with developers to gather feedback, providing support, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the developer experience and adoption of TPS technology.

• Community building and engagement, regular interactions with developers, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in creating technical documentation, tutorials, and educational content
• Skills in hosting webinars, workshops, and representing the organization at conferences
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and Web3, with practical experience in developer support
• Ability to gather and analyze developer feedback and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience in public speaking and excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Ability to work independently and remotely
