As we scale our operations, we’re looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to join our Bengaluru delivery office. This is a cross-border role where you’ll work closely with our Australian team and may even have opportunities to travel to Australia for collaboration, training, or project delivery.

About the Role
We’re looking for an AI & Automation Specialist who is excited about building with AI, exploring new tools, and creating smart automations. This role will focus on workflow automation, AI experimentation, and campaign execution while working closely with our Australian team.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage automations with n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel
• Apply AI tools (LLMs, conversational agents, multimodal models) to real workflows
• Support and optimise marketing campaigns with automation
• Build dashboards, monitor performance, and share insights
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and translate technical builds into clear outcomes
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with automation platforms
• Strong interest in AI and emerging tech
• Solid understanding of CRM integrations and campaign automation
• Problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new tools
• Bonus: knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Node.js)
