The Role

We’re hiring a Data Ingestion Developer (or Junior Python Developer) to help build the data infrastructure that powers our AI tools. This is a full-time role focused on developing pipelines that connect external business systems—like dealer management software and OEM portals—into clean, structured data our LLM tools can use.

You’ll report directly to our Chief Product Officer and work closely with our internal dev team, product managers, designers, and customer success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with Python experience who’s eager to grow into data engineering and AI infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Python services for ingesting data from third-party systems (e.g., dealer portals, OEM systems)
• Structure and normalize incoming data for use in vector databases and downstream tools
• Develop systems to ensure consistency and reliability in data workflows
• Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to understand data needs and ensure accurate, timely ingestion
• Support infrastructure for LLM-powered tools by ensuring they have access to the right structured data
