- Design dashboards and reporting tools used by Sales Managers and leadership to monitor performance, identify trends, and guide agent coaching and team-level planning.
- Support data extraction and dashboard development using SQL, MS Fabric, and MS Power BI. This includes cross-system analysis, such as combining insurance data with mortgage servicing data.
- Create customer target lists using propensity scores and carrier coverage.
- Create ongoing and ad-hoc analysis, reports, and dashboards to inform key strategic decisions.
- Contribute reporting requirements for new campaign launches, lead source onboarding, or third-party integrations. Ensure operational metrics are in place from day one.
- Partner with internal teams like Marketing, Sales, and Carrier Ops to evaluate lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion trends across products and audiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering as needed to ensure event tracking and data pipelines support reliable and scalable reporting.
- Define and evolve reporting logic to ensure stakeholders have consistent and actionable metrics.
