Experience & Skills:
- Senior-level experience
- 5+ years in Product or Project Management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced or startup environments
- Technical background or degree preferred
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience with user-facing products and data-driven decision making
- Comfortable with metrics such as conversions, revenue, and churn
- Valid working visa (for candidates in Japan)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions to understand user problems and define development requirements
- Identify product gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth
- Write Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and execute product roadmaps
- Develop product vision and roadmap with stakeholders
- Create and manage user stories with product owners and tech leads
- Work with designers to develop UI/UX, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Facilitate high-level technical architecture decisions with engineering teams
- Evaluate and improve feature impact with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams
- Lead product process improvements across the organization
- Manage and grow product lines based on business priorities
