About The Role
The Technical Lead - Spec at Kimberly-Clark is a pivotal role responsible for advancing product development through innovative technological solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems and components that integrate cutting-edge generative AI and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in building front-end and back-end layers, creating robust APIs, and developing user interfaces that support autonomous agent behaviors. The role requires close collaboration with AI researchers and cross-functional teams to experiment with multi-agent orchestration, optimize latency, and ensure deployment best practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. The Technical Lead will also oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and research initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, experience, and soft skills, including:
- At least 7+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI utilizing cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, Python, and FastAPI REST frameworks.
- Experience with open-source frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native DevOps practices.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-have skills include Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, agentic orchestration, prompt chaining, latency tuning, and experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Design and build front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js to facilitate GenAI and agentic workflows.
- Develop scalable and secure back-end APIs supporting real-time agent interactions, tool execution, and memory management.
- Integrate advanced AI tools and services, including LangChain, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, and vector databases, to enhance system capabilities.
- Implement low-latency APIs using REST and GraphQL for efficient agent communication and tool utilization.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services employing Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps best practices to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on multi-agent orchestration experiments to push the boundaries of autonomous systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, architectures, and workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, innovation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and research initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
