About the role
My client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to drive university hiring across internship and early-career programs. You’ll own events, pipelines, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnerships while representing the brand on campus.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campus hiring strategies for target schools; plan info sessions, career fairs, tech talks, super days, and diversity programs
- Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/facilitation, debriefs, offers, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to forecast demand, define profiles, and deliver data-driven hiring plans
- Create and maintain robust pipelines using Handshake, LinkedIn, and school CRMs; track metrics (pipeline health, DEI, time-to-fill, yield)
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first touch through onboarding; coordinate relocation/intern logistics with HR/OPS as needed
- Manage employer branding on campus (student orgs, faculty, career services, competitions, sponsorships)
- Travel to partner schools during peak seasons (approx. 20–30%)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of university/campus or early-career recruiting (in-house or agency supporting campus programs)
- Strong event execution and stakeholder management; comfortable influencing hiring teams and senior partners
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM and campus tools (e.g., Workday/Greenhouse/BrassRing, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel/Sheets)
- Data-driven, highly organized, and able to manage high-volume cycles with impeccable follow-through
- Excellent written/verbal communication and a polished on-campus/virtual presence
