Mesa’s Shared Services team provides HR, payroll, accounting, and administrative support to multiple Mesa-affiliated companies across several states. This collaborative model allows our HR team to impact diverse workforces and business lines within the broader Mesa family.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Partner plays a key role within Mesa’s Shared Services team, providing HR support across multiple Mesa-affiliated businesses and locations. Reporting to the HR Director, this position supports all areas of HR — including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration — ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-company environment where teamwork and customer service are central to success.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes through ClearCompany ATS.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple Mesa entities.
  • Assist with employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate benefits programs, including enrollments, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Partner with payroll to maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely processing in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; generate HR reports and assist with audits.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or partner capacity.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ClearCompany ATS preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based role located within Mesa Shared Services in Salt Lake City.
  • Frequent sitting; occasional standing, bending, and light lifting.
  • Regular use of hands, arms, hearing, and vision for communication and computer work.
