About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits manager to design, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on analytical work, ensuring that our reward programs are competitive, transparent, and fully compliant with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will collaborate with leadership, HR teams, and external consultants to drive a fair, data-driven, and motivating rewards environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation structures in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Lead and support annual salary review, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activities.
  • Prepare in-depth analyses, reports, and recommendations on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to implement frameworks and ensure knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor labor market trends in compensation and benefits to keep our policies competitive.
  • Update policies, procedures, and communication materials to support employees and managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on compensation-related decisions and strategy.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards within a mid-size international/IT company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of labor law and compensation regulations, including upcoming EU requirements.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
