Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) | New York, NY (Remote until office opens)

Salary: $200K – $245K + Meaningful Equity

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and ship custom AI solutions for diverse clients, ensuring scalability and integration.
• Lead projects from start to finish—requirements gathering, prototyping, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and client teams to solve complex, novel problems.
• Actively contribute to the company’s culture, hiring, and learning initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Passion for AI—whether through LangChain, LLM side projects, or extensive usage of AI tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can navigate conversations with clients and teammates to deliver impactful solutions.
• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and excited to wear multiple hats.

Tech & Tools:

• We’re generally tech-agnostic, coding in clients’ environments and tech stacks.
• Gain deep experience with foundational AI models, LangChain/Langsmith, OpenPipe, Pinecone, ChromaDB, and more.
