Your tasks
- Perform manual testing of ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and completeness
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
- Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformations
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other testers to investigate issues and clarify requirements
- Identify and document defects, and support teams in root cause analysis
- Participate in regression, integration, and system testing phases
- Contribute to test planning and estimation activities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in manual software testing, ideally in data-focused or ETL environments
- Strong motivation to continue developing within the manual testing path
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data validation techniques
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to verify data accuracy and transformations
- Familiarity with test design techniques, defect tracking tools, and test documentation standards
- Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools, cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), or data quality frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail
