WiseVAs is seeking a Community Success Manager to manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and our broader community. This role blends sales, account management, and customer success, ensuring our partners and community members are engaged, supported, and derive maximum value from our collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and community partners.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or expand sponsorships and partnerships
- Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new partners.
- Track key metrics to evaluate partner satisfaction, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and sales) to align strategies and optimize community programs.
- Provide proactive support to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure seamless interactions.
- Report on performance, insights, and opportunities for growth to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or community management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across time zones.
