100x Hospitality is a global experiential events and hospitality group that specializes in creating immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for fans and artists alike. They offer VIP programs, curated travel packages, and logistical support for concerts, festivals, and destination events. By collaborating with top-tier artists, 100x Hospitality aims to connect fans more deeply with the music they love, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall experience.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution across 100x Hospitality's two core business verticals:
- 100x Presents (owned and operated live music events)
- Artist & Event Services (VIP and travel packages tied to artist tours and special events)
This is a
senior-level role reporting directly to the executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial marketer with experience across performance marketing, brand building, and team leadership. You'll audit and rebuild marketing frameworks, execute integrated campaigns, and use data-driven insights to drive measurable growth.
This isn't just about running campaigns — it's about shaping brand identity, scaling operations, and building a marketing engine that connects fans to unforgettable experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Audit current marketing systems and frameworks within the first 30–60 days.
- Rebuild playbooks and frameworks tailored to both 100x Presents and Artist Services.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans that support brand and revenue goals.
- Identify scalable growth opportunities through trend analysis and performance data.
- Champion the use of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing with overall business goals.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across email, social, digital, PR, paid media, and traditional channels.
- Own campaign calendar, creative briefs, content production, and asset delivery.
- Manage creative development, email deployment, and ad execution directly when needed.
- Ensure ownership, timeliness, and high-quality execution across all campaign touchpoints.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Build year-round engagement and retention strategies.
- Execute automated flows, loyalty programs, and segmentation strategies.
- Enhance CRM personalization to improve retention and rebooking.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Track and report on KPIs including acquisition, retention, revenue, and ROI.
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Test and iterate to continually improve messaging, offers, and channels.
Brand & Creative Oversight
- Uphold brand standards across all creative outputs and live event activations.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice for both 100x Presents and Artist Services.
- Oversee creative asset development (photography, video, experiential applications).
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a marketing team.
- Manage contractors and agency partners (creative, digital, media, PR).
- Ensure operational clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.
Onsite Event Execution
- Oversee onsite marketing, including guest communications, social, press, and signage.
- Partner with artist marketing teams and external vendors.
- Manage real-time content delivery and emergency communications.

Must-Have Skills & Tools
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in live events, entertainment, travel, or hospitality.
- Proven experience executing full-cycle campaigns and building structured workflows.
- Strong background in data analysis, CRM tools, email platforms, and paid media channels.
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies.
- Excellent writing, communication, and content production skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Mailchimp, Satisifi Labs (AI), Tixr, FileMaker, or similar systems.
