Data Modeling, Content & Data Quality Engineer to design, build, and scale our semantic and data quality frameworks, ensuring reliable, consistent, and business-aligned data assets across the company.
Mission
Establish and maintain the semantic layer and business metric definitions while building high-quality Gold data layers and curated data service views that empower analytics, product, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain Modeling – Design and implement subject-area data models to standardize business representation across domains.
- Metric Dictionary – Define and maintain a comprehensive metric dictionary with consistent business logic and calculation standards.
- Data Quality & Lineage – Develop and enforce data quality frameworks, monitor key KPIs, and manage data lineage for transparency and trustworthiness.
- Data Services – Deliver curated data views and Gold-layer services that are easily consumable by analytics, product, and business teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data modeling and data architecture.
- Proficiency with Hologres/MaxCompute or equivalent large-scale data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience in data quality management and data governance practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building semantic models and business-facing data assets.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business logic and data definitions.

- Deliver subject-domain common data models across key business areas.
- Publish and standardize the company-wide metric dictionary.
- Ensure Gold-layer coverage for priority business use cases.
- Achieve a data quality pass rate ≥99.9% on critical data pipelines.
