As the Senior - Game Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap and product vision of the game in collaboration with the rest of the game’s leadership team. You will work closely with the design and creative team to ensure that the product vision is followed and executed to specification. In this key leadership role, you’ll partner with fellow product leaders, the Art Director, Executive Producer, and Technical Director to drive the game to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Game Lifecycle Ownership: Drive vision, strategy, and execution for a F2P mobile title (from concept through live ops).
- Monetization & Economy Design: Define, test, and optimize game economy, pricing, IAP bundles, ad strategy, and retention loops.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze player behavior, funnel metrics (DAU, ARPU, LTV, retention, conversion), and run A/B tests to optimize features.
- Roadmap Management: Translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, balancing monetization, player satisfaction, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with design, engineering, art, marketing, and UA teams to deliver and iterate on features.
- Live Operations: Design and manage events, promotions, and content updates to keep engagement high.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management for game development
- Experience in F2P Games: Deep understanding of player motivations, F2P monetization mechanics, and live-ops best practices.
- Product Sense: Ability to evaluate feature impact on engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Analytics & Tools: Proficiency with tools like Excel/Google Sheet, Looker (or other BI tools)
- Market Knowledge: Up to date on gaming trends, top charts, and competitor analysis.
- Communication & Leadership: Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in Monetization and/or game design
- Experience in developing and managing live operations for top-grossing mobile games
- A/B Testing: Skilled at designing, executing, and interpreting experiments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills working across remote teams and partners
