Project-Based Motion Graphic Designer - DotYeti (Pooling)

project-based position intended for our talent pool. This role requires flexibility with working hours, and candidates will be contacted once suitable projects or client needs arise.
We're seeking a talented
Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. You'll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.
What you'll do:
- Collaborative Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies.
- Versatile Content Creation: Develop product illustrations, social media designs, logos, and other graphics for print and digital platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and produce high-quality animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics that deliver clear and compelling messages.
- Video Editing & Production: Edit and enhance video content with dynamic visuals, sound, and effects to support brand storytelling.
- Design Optimization: Provide input on design best practices and optimizations throughout projects.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality content.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has significant proven design experience.
- Possesses a strong portfolio showcasing animation and video projects.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc).
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- With excellent communication and time management skills.
- Has strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
