About the Role


We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Motion Designer to join our client's creative team and help them produce compelling paid social creative for high-growth consumer brands. In this role, you'll work closely with Art Directors, Senior Designers and the broader team, while receiving support from your team's creative manager. You'll have the opportunity to assist with creative ideation, and play a key role in the design and execution of assets across a diverse portfolio of clients, in collaboration with both internal creative and growth teams. This is an exciting chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced agency environment.


Who are we looking for?


We're seeking a passionate creative with a portfolio showcasing strong foundational design and typographic skills and an interest in performance-driven digital advertising. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adapt, and develop their craft across the creative process. You're someone who is proud of the content you've designed from concept to execution and is ready to contribute to a collaborative team.


This is a highly collaborative role where clear communication is key. You'll support the team in preparing and sometimes assisting with presentations, learning how to effectively communicate creative ideas and build positive relationships with teammates and clients.


  • What you bring to the table:At least 2-4 years of relevant experience at an agency, in-house creative team, or creative internship program.
  • Excellent English level -oral and written-
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design abilities and understanding of digital creative.
  • A champion of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs and entry-level understanding of Figma.
  • After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge is a must.
  • Ability to produce short-form video content, including internal pitching and storyboarding of your original concepts.
  • Ability to manage basic color correction, audio balancing, timing, and pacing.
  • Experience editing organic, user generated content (UGC), and/or AI-generated content.
  • Experience locating and/or licensing b-roll, graphic assets, and music.
  • Sharp foundational skills in concept research, ideation, design and iteration.
  • An understanding of latest trends and creative best practices (specifically for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube) is a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting your work internally to leadership and director roles.
