Job Description
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join a high-impact, global project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the long-term UX strategy of a product used by millions of developers worldwide.
You will start remotely immediately (with occasional business travel) and relocate to Geneva, Switzerland after 6 months. Full relocation support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term UX vision and strategy for the product.
- Influence product roadmap and decision-making at a senior level.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Advocate for design excellence and UX best practices across the organization.
- Conduct and oversee user research and usability studies.
- Drive design initiatives from discovery through implementation and validation.
- Mentor and coach UX Designers to foster team growth and maturity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX Design, including strategic leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining UX strategies at product or organizational level.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Experience leading UX in SaaS or developer-focused products is a plus.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar).
- Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
