The main responsibility of the incumbent is to perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation, project management and user acceptance test. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
- Managing projects, collaborating with vendors, business users and IT teams to achieve results
- Assisting review of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Staying up-to-date with modern IT technologies and provide advice to improve ITsystems continuously
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Information Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience playing the role as IT business analyst
- Work experience on IT system implementation
- Hands-on experience on Python, SQL or good understanding of Generative AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps platform or other workflow solutions will be an advantage
- Effective business analysis skills
- Good analytical thinking and documentation abilities
- Willingness to take initiative and good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- PMP will be an advantage
