BI/ Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a BI/ Analytics Engineer to design and build a low-latency, hot-updatable, real-time risk control engine that safeguards trading at scale.

Mission

Build reusable data models, establish a self-service analytics framework, and deliver Quick BI dashboards to empower data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling – Design and optimize analytical models on Hologres (or equivalent data warehouses) to support business reporting.
• Dashboard Development – Build and deliver interactive dashboards on Quick BI / Power BI / Tableau, ensuring scalability and usability.
• Data Services – Provide business-facing data services to enable teams to access and consume trusted data assets.
• Operations & Enablement – Maintain BI platforms, support daily business analysis needs, and train/enable stakeholders for self-service analytics.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BI development and analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in Quick BI / Power BI / Tableau, with hands-on modeling experience in Hologres/PostgreSQL (or equivalent).
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical models and visualizations.
• Experience in performance optimization for BI queries and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with business teams and drive adoption.
